What Is DayTraders.com?

DayTraders.com is a US-based futures prop firm founded in 2025 and headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Led by CEO Leo Riot, the firm evaluates traders across CME, COMEX, NYMEX, and CBOT instruments and funds successful candidates with simulated or live capital. Traders pay a one-time fee rather than a monthly subscription, pass an evaluation under defined risk rules, and unlock a Pro funded account with a 100% profit split. No personal capital is deployed in the markets.

What makes DayTraders stand out is the breadth of its product lineup: four distinct funding paths covering intraday trailing, static, straight-to-funded, and — as of March 2026 — a straight-to-live model where traders transition directly to a real brokerage account with actual firm capital. Add to that fully automated payout approvals averaging 32 minutes, a 100% profit split on most accounts, and deep sale pricing, and DayTraders has emerged as one of the most compelling new entrants in the futures prop space.

Evaluation Rules

DayTraders offers four product lines, each with its own drawdown mechanic, consistency threshold, and payout path. Trail and Static accounts both require passing a one-step evaluation before accessing a Pro funded account. S2F skips evaluation entirely. S2L requires an 8-day evaluation but leads directly to a real live funded account — a structure unique to DayTraders in the futures prop space as of 2026.

⚠ Critical: The Consistency Rule Tightens When Funded

The consistency rule is the most misunderstood mechanic at DayTraders. During evaluation, no single day can account for more than 50% of your total profit — manageable. But once you enter the Pro funded account, that cap tightens to 30%. A trader who passes with two good days and one exceptional day may find their biggest profit day now represents too large a share of their funded account total, triggering a consistency violation before their first payout. Map out your day-by-day P&L distribution before requesting withdrawals, not after.

Account Sizes & Pricing

DayTraders uses one-time fee pricing across all product lines — no monthly subscriptions. Trail and Static accounts require a separate $130 activation fee when transitioning to a funded Pro account, while S2F and S2L carry no activation fee. Deep discount promotions regularly run up to 80–85% off standard prices.

Trail accounts offer larger profit buffers and higher contract limits relative to the drawdown at each size. Static accounts carry tighter drawdowns but a floor that never moves — the drawdown is fixed at the start and cannot be eroded by intraday equity swings.

Funded Account & Payouts

Trail and Static evaluations lead to a Pro funded account after a $130 activation fee. Pro accounts carry a 100% profit split, payouts every 8 qualifying days, and the same intraday or static drawdown rules as the evaluation. The trailing drawdown locks once the account balance surpasses the initial starting balance — at that point it becomes effectively static, giving traders progressively more breathing room as profits build. All payouts are fully automated with no manual review, averaging 32 minutes via Plane. There is a $150,000 cumulative withdrawal cap across all accounts — traders expecting to exceed this over their funded career should factor it in when planning across firms.

Platforms & Instruments

DayTraders supports two platforms. Rithmic is the institutional-grade data and execution feed used across most third-party trading platforms. ProjectX is DayTraders' own proprietary platform, featuring a fast web and mobile interface, native TradingView chart integration, advanced risk tools, and real-time drawdown tracking. Real-time data fees — typically valued at $150 — are included free of charge on funded accounts. Note that NinjaTrader is not currently supported.

MarketGrid Verdict

DayTraders.com is the most ambitious new prop firm to launch in the futures space since 2023. The combination of a 100% profit split, fully automated 32-minute payouts, a 2-day minimum evaluation window, and four genuinely distinct funding paths — including the industry-first S2L live capital account — represents a product lineup that the established players are still catching up to.

The consistency rule tightening from 50% to 30% when funded is the one mechanic that demands careful study before your first payout request. The $150,000 cumulative withdrawal cap and the absence of NinjaTrader support are real constraints for certain trader profiles. Within those limits, however, DayTraders offers one of the most trader-friendly rule sets and fastest payout experiences in the futures prop industry today.
