What Is Top One Futures?
Top One Futures (TOF) is a Cheyenne, Wyoming-based futures proprietary trading firm founded in April 2025 by CEO Matt Morris. Despite launching less than two years ago, it has grown rapidly — over 21,000 customers across 122 countries, $23M+ in verified payouts, 184,000+ accounts opened, and a 4.8/5 Trustpilot rating from 3,300+ reviews. The firm offers five distinct account programs spanning both evaluation and instant-funding paths. All accounts run a 90% profit split, process payouts through Rise (Riseworks) in under 24 hours, and support three platforms: Tradovate, NinjaTrader Prop, and TradingView.
What sets Top One Futures apart in 2026 is its breadth of entry options — from the cheapest evaluation in the industry (Elite from $39) to fully instant-funded accounts that skip evaluation entirely (Ignite, Instant Sim Funded). No other futures prop firm currently offers as many distinct funded paths with a universal 90% split across all of them. For manual traders who want on-demand payouts, fast processing, and a transparent rule set, TOF is one of the most compelling options in the space.
Evaluation Rules
Three of the five TOF accounts require passing an evaluation (Elite, Elite Access, S2F Sim PRO). Two skip it entirely (Ignite, Instant Sim Funded). Evaluation accounts use a tiered profit target: 6% on $25K–$50K accounts, 5% on $75K–$100K, and 4% on $150K. There is no time limit on any evaluation — traders are not racing a calendar. The consistency rule and drawdown type differ by account and are the most important decision factor when choosing a program.
The consistency rule at Top One Futures is not a fixed number — it ranges from15% on Igniteto40% on Elite Access. The rule applies at payout time, not at the end of each day: your single biggest profit day cannot exceed X% of your total profit when you submit a withdrawal request. On Ignite's 15% rule, a single $1,000 winning day means your total profit must be at least $6,667 before that day no longer blocks a payout. Traders who catch one large move and expect to cash out immediately will be blocked by the math. Understand your account's consistency percentage — and model your profit distribution — before you size into any position.
Account Sizes & Pricing
All five TOF account types are available in five sizes: $25K, $50K, $75K, $100K, and $150K. Every account carries a universal 90% profit split with no activation fee on instant-funded programs. Elite and Elite Access require a one-time $149 activation fee after passing. TOF regularly offers 40–50% discount codes, making the evaluation-based entry among the cheapest in the futures prop space. The tiered payout target structure (6%/5%/4%) means the first payout is the hardest; subsequent cycles get progressively easier.
Eliteis the cheapest evaluation entry.Elite Accessremoves the daily loss limit during the challenge at the cost of a stricter funded consistency rule.Instant Sim FundedandIgniteskip evaluation entirely — you are funded from the moment of purchase.S2F Sim PROis the most structured program, using intraday drawdown and a 10-day minimum for traders comfortable with tighter risk parameters.

Funded Account & Payouts
Once funded, all TOF accounts operate on a tiered payout target: 6% for the first payout, 5% for the second, 4% from the third payout onward — progressively reducing the target with each cycle. The minimum withdrawal is $500. Payouts are processed via Rise (Riseworks) in under 24 hours on average. After $10,000 in cumulative sim-funded payouts, TOF's Path to Live begins — the profit split shifts from 90/10 to 80/20 on the live account, with a $5,000 reserve held to buffer live account drawdowns.
1st payout:6%of starting balance · 2nd payout:5% · 3rd payout and beyond:4%. Targets reset with each successful withdrawal. The consistency rule applies at payout time on all accounts.
Platforms & Instruments
Top One Futures supports three primary platforms. Tradovate is the default browser-based option requiring no installation, with an integrated trade copier built in for traders running multiple accounts. NinjaTrader Prop connects via Rithmic or CQG data feeds. TradingView is supported as a native execution platform — a meaningful differentiator versus other futures prop firms that list TradingView for charting only. Optional Rithmic direct access is also available for traders who prefer its raw data feed. Automated trading is permitted within specified limits. Hedging (holding opposing positions simultaneously on the same instrument) is not permitted.

MarketGrid Verdict
Top One Futures has achieved in under two years what most prop firms take a decade to build — a verified payout track record, a 4.8/5 Trustpilot rating, and a product lineup that gives traders more entry options than any other futures firm in the space. The universal 90% split, sub-24-hour payouts, TradingView native support, overnight holding, and the cheapest evaluation entry in the industry make TOF an easy firm to recommend for manual futures traders at almost any experience level.
The catch is complexity. Five programs with meaningfully different consistency rules, drawdown types, and DLL structures require real homework before signing up. The consistency rule in particular — which locks out payouts when a single large day dominates your P&L — catches traders off guard more than any other rule at TOF. Study the account you choose before the first trade. Get that right and Top One Futures is among the very best funded futures firms available in 2026.
