Will this work with my current website? +
We have Shopify and WooCommerce integrations, plus an embed for custom websites. Custom websites need a catalogue connection and a same-site stock endpoint. Platform marketplace listings remain subject to their review; use our onboarding form for setup.
Do I have to write the questions? +
No. Marketgrid can draft questions from your catalogue and design brief. Review the results and fill any missing product specifications before publishing. You can edit the wording and images whenever you need.
Can customers still ask our staff for help? +
Of course. The guide gives them a starting point. It does not replace personal advice or a specialist check where one is needed.
What happens when the trial ends? +
Choose a monthly plan from $9 USD, or let the trial end. The trial does not automatically start a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
What counts as a generation update? +
Creating or regenerating a guide, or requesting a wording rewrite, uses one update. Unchanged automatic scans, manual edits and shopper visits don’t. The allowance resets on the first day of each UTC calendar month.
