MARKETGRID FOR STORES
User & Acceptable Use Policy
Keep guides useful, accurate and respectful of customers.
Version: 1 November 2026
Use accounts and connections responsibly
Connect only stores you own or are authorized to manage. Protect account passwords, private connection keys and billing links. Do not share credentials publicly or try to access another business’s guides or records.
Use accurate, permitted material
Only supply product information, images, logos and design material you are allowed to use. Do not publish invented reviews, ratings, credentials, discounts, cashback promises or sales results. Do not disguise advertising or imply a partnership that does not exist.
Protect shoppers
Do not ask shoppers to provide payment-card details, passwords, government identification, medical records or other sensitive personal information in guide questions. Do not use the guide to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance or other legally significant eligibility.
Do not publish unsafe product-use instructions, illegal goods or deceptive financial claims. Product compatibility and safety checks must not be bypassed to favour a cheaper product, a commission or a preferred brand. Use appropriate professional review for regulated or safety-critical content.
Review automated content
Review drafts and mappings before publishing. Correct stale or inaccurate information and pause affected guides when necessary. Do not instruct automatic drafting tools to invent product facts, weaken compatibility gates or conceal limitations.
Respect service limits
Do not bypass plan limits, create repeated trials to avoid payment, interfere with availability, introduce malware, scrape private data or probe systems without permission. Normal customer shopping should not be used to automate excessive requests or disrupt the service.
Reporting and enforcement
Use the contact form to report misleading content, unauthorized use or a security issue. Include the relevant page or guide and a clear explanation; do not send passwords or payment-card details. We may limit or pause affected access while investigating and will explain the issue where reasonably possible.
